5. Scope of Work & Services
Before work commences, we shall agree on the specific project requirements: functionality, expected deliverables, and timelines. Any new requirements or changes requested during development must be agreed upon in writing (via email or messaging with chat history) before the commencement of additional work.
6. Payment Terms
Currency: GBP (unless otherwise agreed). For international payments, any bank charges or payment processing fees are to be covered by the payer.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project value is required to commence work. This deposit secures my time and resources and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the delivery of the final result. The transfer of source code or credentials takes place only after full payment is received.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site and developed solutions may utilise third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Make, Telegram, Zapier, hosting providers). I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.
The Client agrees to cover the costs of any necessary licences, hosting, or subscriptions required for their project. I accept no liability for changes, disruptions, or modifications to the policies and pricing of these third-party services.
8. Client Obligations & Acceptance of Work
The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays on the Client’s part may affect project timelines and costs.
Upon completion, results will be presented for review. If no written feedback is received within 7 calendar days, the work shall be deemed accepted in full.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. I use reasonable endeavours to ensure quality, but I do not guarantee error-free operation of third-party services, APIs, or hosting infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit) arising from your use of the Site or the services provided. My financial liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the specific project.
10. Force Majeure
I shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including technical failures, power outages, or internet disruptions.
11. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
I may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Right to Portfolio
I reserve the right to feature your project (without disclosing confidential data) in my portfolio, on the ANDRII.DEV website, or professional social media, unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
